The questions people ask before they buy, answered plainly.
What exactly does the engagement package include?
You choose a reach band per post - say 15,000 to 26,000 - and each post you publish gets reach aimed inside that band, with views to match and likes, shares and saves in proportion. The plan runs for 30 days and covers up to 30 posts, whichever comes first. Every range is shown before you pay, and the price you see is the price you are charged.
Why a range per post instead of one fixed number?
Because identical numbers on every post is exactly how bought engagement gets spotted. A band means each post lands a little differently, the way real engagement does - and you stay in control of both ends of it.
Do you sell followers?
No. ReachGrows does not sell followers, and there is no plan or add-on that does. Every plan delivers reach, views, likes, shares and saves on the posts you actually publish during your month. If a follower count is what you are after, this is not the right product - and we would rather tell you that here than take your money for it.
How does delivery work when I publish a new post?
You post as normal. We work from your public profile and deliver engagement aimed inside your band to the posts you publish, drip-fed at a safe, natural pace - for 30 days, up to 30 posts. Your month carries a fixed total (the quantity on the order form, sized to about ten posts at the middle of your band): publish more than that and it spreads a little lighter; publish less and the remainder tops up your recent posts. You never submit posts by hand, and nothing is ever posted from your account.
Is this a recurring subscription? Will I be charged again?
No. You buy one month and it ends when it ends. There is no stored payment method and no auto-renew - if you want another month, you come back and buy one. We think a plan you choose to renew is better than one you have to remember to cancel.
What happens if I post very little that month?
Your month is spread across whatever you publish. If the 30 days end with amounts left over, we deliver the remainder to your most recent posts instead, so everything you paid for is delivered either way.
Do you need my Instagram password?
No - never, for anything. The profile preview reads public data only, and delivery only needs your public @username. If anyone claiming to be ReachGrows asks for your login, it is not us.
Can I change my band next month?
Yes. Every month is a fresh purchase, so you can size the next one up or down freely - there is no tier you are locked into and no downgrade process, because there is nothing to cancel.
Is the engagement non-drop, and what about refunds?
The engagement delivered under a package is non-drop and carries no refill, the same as our one-time likes, views, shares and saves. If part of a month cannot be delivered, our refund policy covers the undelivered part - the full terms are on the refund policy page.
