Terms of service
The plain-language rules for buying a month from ReachGrows.
The service
ReachGrows sells exactly one thing: a prepaid one-month engagement plan for a public Instagram account. You choose a reach band per post, pay once with PayPal, and each post you publish during the month receives engagement aimed inside that band - for 30 days, up to 30 posts, whichever comes first.
One payment, no renewal
Every purchase is a single payment for a single month. We store no payment method and hold no renewal mandate, so nothing can be charged after the month ends. A new month only starts when you buy one.
What we need from you
A public @username, nothing else. We never ask for your password, and delivery requires no login, app access or permission grant. Your account must stay public for delivery to run; if it goes private mid-month, delivery pauses until it is public again.
The band is an aim, the pool is the promise
The month carries a fixed monthly pool. The per-post band is an aim, not a per-post guarantee: publish more posts than expected and the pool spreads a little lighter; publish fewer and the remainder tops up your most recent posts at the end of the month. The pool itself is what you pay for, and the refund policy covers any part of it we fail to deliver.
Fair use
You may only buy a month for an account you own or are authorized to promote. We may decline or refund an order for any account that is private, removed, or that publishes content we are not willing to promote.
No affiliation
ReachGrows is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta. Buying engagement may conflict with a platform's terms; you make that call for your own account.
