Privacy policy
We can only collect what the product needs, and the product needs almost nothing.
What we collect
We save the public @username as you enter it, even if you do not finish checkout. If you purchase, we also receive the payment details PayPal shares with a merchant - typically your name, email address and transaction id. We never see your card number, and we never ask for your Instagram password.
What we do with it
We use the @username to remember a started order and, if you buy, to deliver your month. We use PayPal details to match payments to orders, answer support email, and process refunds. We do not sell or share this data with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.
What we do not have
There are no user accounts, no passwords and no stored payment methods on this site. The profile preview reads public profile data; we do not save that profile data. The username you type is saved separately.
Keeping and deleting
Order records are kept as long as bookkeeping requires. If you want the data tied to your @username removed, including an unfinished order, email support@reachgrows.com and we will delete what the law does not force us to keep.
